    Okkervil River - Plus Ones

    This is a great album, I confess I haven’t taken a listen to their newer one. Lots of great tracks on here though and I love their crazy word plays (written in parenthetical asides!) The album is actually meant to be sobering I think - it’s about the folly of pop music and the lifestyles that go along with it. “Plus Ones” is a deconstruction of relationships, be sure to check out the rest of the album if you likey.
